PAAA Quality Mark Programme.


Members are able to benefit by being part of the PAAA Quality Mark Programme, the only campaign of its kind associated with the national body that represents the interests and safeguards the rights of the performance tuning industry.

 

Criteria for membership requires companies to operate to high standards of quality, performance and efficacy and therefore, when customers see the PAAA logo, they can expect a code of practice and a way of conducting business that is commensurate with these inherent qualities.  

 

PAAA members have the ability to use the logo within their own corporate communications and may utilise it to augment their marketing campaigns.

Code of practice.

Companies that are members of the PAAA adhere to a strict code of conduct and operate to the very highest standards of product quality and performance coupled to exceptional customer service. Before being accepted as a PAAA member, each application is reviewed to ensure that the invited company meets the membership criteria. 

 

The compliance with these guidelines and consequent acceptance means that customers can purchase goods and services from PAAA member companies with confidence.

 

Each member is encouraged to display the PAAA quality mark on its promotional materials, correspondence and on-line platforms. By doing so, it endorses the business is run to a high standard and possesses the values that are a condition of membership.

Quality.

 

Products manufactured and sold by PAAA members will have been designed, developed and tested to ensure they meet industry requirements and comply with local legislation for that product type. They will be constructed to a high standard that will meet, if not exceed, the expectations of the end user.

Performance.

 

Products manufactured and sold by member companies are intended for use in the performance tuning and/or motorsport sectors. Focused design using state-of the art materials and innovative manufacturing processes, means products surpass the performance of the components they replace.

Service.

 

Companies that are members of the PAAA will be committed to provide excellent customer service. This will be apparent by the way they communicate with customers and suppliers, their response times and warranty/refund policies. They will trade in an ethical manner and conduct their business in a socially responsible way.
